2013 Pakistan Promotion Policy of Tour Reward

• Sales Evaluation Period

    From 21st Dec.2012 to 20th June 2013 (sales month)

• Participants 

    1) Only distributors whose newly-added GPV within the above-mentioned promoti1.Any new once-off
        3-star distributor during the sales evaluation period

    2. Any old distributor who becomes 3-star or above during the sales evaluation period

• Rules of Evaluation: 

    China Tour and 18th Anniversary of Tiens Group (200 achievers)

1. During the sales evaluation period, distributors from 3-star to 6-star who sponsors three new once-off 3-star within aforesaid promotion period in current month will be qualified for score ranking;only the top 150 will be entitled to participate the score calculation. The method of score calculation during promotion period:

      a. The distributor who sponsors one new once-off 3 star in current month will get 1 score.

      b. The distributor can get 50% of scores of his/her direct down-line distributor based on Item 1.a.
     for his/her score calculation in current month.

      c. The distributor can get 30% of scores of his/her down-line on the second layer based on Item 1.a.
     for his/her score calculation in current month.

      d. The distributors with equal scores will be ranked based on his/her newly-added GPV during the sales
    evaluation period, and the one with higher GPV will be in the prior consideration.


2. During the sales evaluation period, 7-star distributor or above who guides 3 or more direct down-line (direct down-line is from 3-star to 6-star) to achieve the qualification of tour reward will be ranked, and only the top 50 will be entitled to participate the score calculation as follows:

    a. Those who guide more qualified candidates will be in the prior consideration.

    b. The qualified candidates with equal scores will be ranked based on his/her newly-added GPV and the one with higher GPV will be in prior consideration


•Note : 
     1. The full tour expense budget is approximately worth PKR. 155,000. Budget is only estimation. Accurate cost will be given later.

     2. The distributor only enjoys one award if he is eligible for two or more qualifications.

     3. The distributor qualified for award should be recognized by the company. If he enjoys the reward must attend the tourist group authorized by company.

     4. The visa fee should be afforded by individual. The full tour expense includes round air ticket, accommodation, transportation, convention ticket and sightseeing ticket, etc. (The expenses may be adjusted in case the fluctuation of the exchange rate and the air ticket price).

     5. If the qualified distributor is not able to attend the seminar for personal reason, he/she will be abstained from his right; there is no right for him to ask for the same value of money or transfer the qualification to other person, and for the fee which has already occurred he/she should be responsible that part of money. (He/She shall be deemed as give-up, and will not be entitled to claim cash fund, transfer, or products compensation).

     6. Any cost/loss for cancellation or visa denial will be borne by the person concerned.

     7. Trip is subject to grant of visa.

     8. Tiens Pakistan reserves the rights for the explanation to this promotion policy.
